Frequently asked questions
Does it support old .doc files?
Only .docx files are supported. Open an older .doc file in Word or LibreOffice and use “Save as” .docx first.
Will my formatting be kept?
Headings, bold and italic text, lists, tables and images are kept. Complex layouts such as text boxes, columns and headers or footers may look simpler.
Can I select text in the PDF?
The pages are rendered as high-resolution images, so text in the resulting PDF isn’t selectable. For searchable output, use “Save as PDF” in Word.
